How Your Table Gets to You
This table ships via LTL freight carrier on a pallet — not UPS or FedEx. Here's exactly what to expect:
Order placed → ships within 1–3 business days
Orders are processed quickly. You'll receive tracking and carrier details as soon as your table ships from the warehouse.
Freight carrier contacts you to schedule delivery
The carrier calls the phone number on your order to set a delivery appointment — typically a 4-hour window. Make sure your contact info is accurate at checkout.
Curbside delivery — table arrives on a pallet at your curb
The driver unloads the pallet at your driveway or curb. Standard delivery does not include carrying it inside. Have two people available — the table and benches are heavy and require help to carry indoors.
Inspect everything before signing the delivery receipt
Walk the full shipment before signing. Note any damage — even to the packaging — on the receipt before you sign. Contact us immediately with photos if anything looks wrong. This step is critical for freight claims.
Assembly — plan for 1–2 hours with a helper
All hardware and instructions are included. Two people makes the process significantly easier, especially for leveling. Most customers complete the full setup including benches in under two hours.
