Freight Delivery for Large Game Tables

US Game Tables ships large, heavy, and custom-built products via commercial freight carriers. Because game tables vary in size, weight, and build requirements, delivery methods and timelines differ from standard parcel shipping.

Our goal is to ensure customers understand the delivery process clearly before placing an order.

 

 

Shipping Methods

Most game tables ship via freight delivery and are delivered on a pallet or in protective crating. Delivery options may include:

  • Curbside Freight Delivery
    The carrier delivers the shipment to the curb or driveway at the delivery address. Customer is responsible for moving the product inside.

  • White-Glove Delivery (Where Available)
    Includes delivery into the home or commercial space and placement in the intended room. Assembly and installation may vary by product and location.

Delivery method availability depends on the product, carrier, and delivery location.

 

 

Lead Times & Order Processing

Many products offered by US Game Tables are built to order or customized by size, finish, or material.

Typical timelines:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days

  • Production lead time: 2–6 weeks (varies by manufacturer)

  • Freight transit: 5–10 business days after shipment

Estimated timelines are provided at checkout or during order confirmation. Actual lead times may vary.

 

 

Delivery Appointments

Freight carriers typically contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment reaches the local terminal. Customers are responsible for being available during the scheduled delivery window.

Missed delivery appointments may result in additional fees imposed by the carrier.

 

 

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, customers must inspect the shipment before signing for receipt.

Please:

  • Inspect packaging for visible damage

  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos of any damage before opening

Signing for delivery without noting damage may limit the ability to file a freight claim.

 

 

Damage & Freight Claims

While rare, freight damage can occur.

If damage is discovered:

  • Note all damage on the delivery receipt

  • Take clear photos of packaging and product

  • Contact US Game Tables within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue in accordance with freight claim procedures.

 

 

Installation & Assembly

Game tables are large, heavy items that may require professional assembly or installation. Assembly requirements vary by product.

US Game Tables does not perform installation services unless explicitly stated. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space, access, and professional installation if required.

 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Delivery method selected

  • Delivery location

Some products may include freight shipping in the listed price. Any applicable shipping charges will be disclosed prior to order confirmation.

 

 

Important Notes

  • Delivery to remote or limited-access locations may require additional fees

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access (stairs, elevators, door clearance)

  • Returns for freight items may be subject to restocking and return shipping fees
