Returns & Damage Policy

Due to the custom, oversized, and high-value nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Returns

  • Many items are made to order and are non-returnable

  • Custom or personalized products cannot be returned

  • If a return is approved, it may be subject to:

    • Restocking fees

    • Original shipping and return freight costs

All return requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Inspect the product upon delivery

  2. Note damage on the delivery receipt

  3. Take clear photos of the packaging and damage

  4. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work directly with the manufacturer and freight carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Refused Deliveries

Refused deliveries without prior authorization may result in additional fees, including return freight and restocking charges.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or shipment begins. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
