Why the Hustler

Everything You Need for Real Gameplay at Home

  • 📐

Full regulation 8-ft size — not a toy table

At 88" × 44" playing surface, this matches the standard used in bars and pool halls. You'll develop real skills, not backyard habits. Most "home" pool tables sold online are 7-ft or smaller — this one isn't.

  • 🎱

Built-in ball return — game stays moving

Scratch? Pocket a ball? The internal return system channels everything back automatically. No chasing balls around the table, no interruptions. This is the feature most budget tables skip — this one doesn't.

  • K-66 rubber cushions for authentic rebound

K-66 is the industry-standard cushion profile used on professional tables. Your shots will respond predictably and consistently — not dead and spongy like cheaper alternatives.

  • 🪵

    ¾" CARB-certified MDF playing surface

Thicker than entry-level MDF tables. CARB certification means it meets California's strict formaldehyde standards. The result: a flatter, more consistent roll with less warping over time.

  • 🎁

Full accessory kit included — nothing extra to buy

Comes with two cues, a full set of billiard balls, chalk, triangle rack, and a table brush. Set it up and start playing. No hidden add-ons required.

Is This Right for You?

This Table Is Built For

The Hustler hits a specific sweet spot. Here's who it's a great fit for:

🏠

Home game room owners

Basement, garage, or dedicated game room. If you have the space, this table fills it beautifully.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Families & entertainers

Game nights, holidays, weekend hangouts. Pool keeps people off their phones and around a table together.

🎯

Casual-to-intermediate players

You know the rules, you enjoy the game, and you want a table that plays honestly — not a novelty piece.

💰

Value-conscious buyers

You want a real 8-ft table, not a $500 toy — but you're not ready to spend $4,000 on a slate table. This is the middle ground that doesn't feel like a compromise.

Not the right fit if: You're a serious competitive player or a pool hall looking for a slate table. For tournament-level play, we'd recommend stepping up to a slate-top model. This table is engineered for home enjoyment, not professional competition.

Delivery

How Your Table Gets to You

At ~400 lbs, this table ships via LTL freight carrier on a pallet — not UPS or FedEx. Here's exactly what to expect:

1

Order placed → ships in 1–3 business days

Once your order is confirmed, we process it quickly. You'll receive a tracking number and carrier information when it ships.

2

Freight carrier contacts you to schedule delivery

The freight carrier will call the phone number on your order to arrange a delivery appointment — typically a 4-hour window. Make sure your contact number is accurate at checkout.

3

Curbside delivery — table arrives at your door

The driver will unload the pallet from the truck and place it at the end of your driveway or curb. Delivery does not include moving the table inside. Plan to have 2 people available to bring it in and assemble.

4

Inspect before signing — always

Before you sign the delivery receipt, look over the packaging and table carefully. If you see any damage, note it on the receipt and contact us immediately. Signing without noting damage can limit your ability to file a claim.

5

Assembly — typically 2 people, 1–2 hours

Assembly instructions and all hardware are included. No special tools required. Most customers complete setup in about an hour with a helper. Professional assembly may be available in select areas — contact us to ask.

Transit time: Most deliveries arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier schedule. We'll do our best to give you an accurate timeframe once your order ships.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

This is a ¾" CARB-certified MDF playing surface, not slate. Slate tables ($2,500–$6,000+) are the industry gold standard for professional play — they're heavier, more expensive, and don't warp. MDF tables like the Hustler offer a great recreational experience at a fraction of the cost, are lighter, and are much easier to move and reassemble if needed. If you're buying for home enjoyment, game nights, and casual play — MDF is the smart call at this price point.
The table itself is approximately 96–100" long × 54–56" wide. But you also need cue clearance around all four sides. A standard 57" cue needs about 5 feet of clearance on each end and side. For comfortable play with a full-length cue, plan for a room of at least 13' × 17'. If your room is smaller, shorter 48" cues are available and can work in tighter spaces.
Standard delivery is curbside only. The driver will unload the pallet from the truck and place it at your curb or driveway — moving it inside is your responsibility. We strongly recommend having two people available on delivery day. The table weighs approximately 400 lbs and will need to be carried in and up any stairs. If you need inside delivery or white-glove installation, contact us before ordering — it may be available in your area for an additional fee.
Assembly is moderate — not beginner level, but very manageable with two people. All hardware and illustrated instructions are included. You'll typically need a screwdriver and possibly a wrench (both often included). Most customers complete assembly in 1–2 hours. The heaviest part is leveling the table properly — take your time with that step. If you're not comfortable with furniture assembly, professional setup services may be available in your area — contact us to ask.
Every shipment is fully insured. If any part of your table arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt before signing — this step is critical for filing a freight claim. Then contact us right away with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to arrange replacement parts or a resolution. Do not refuse the delivery unless the table is completely destroyed — partial damage is typically easiest to resolve with parts rather than a full return.
Because this ships via freight on a pallet, returns are more complex than a standard package return. If you need to return an unassembled, undamaged table, it may be subject to a restocking fee and return freight costs. We always recommend confirming your room dimensions and delivery logistics before ordering. If you have any pre-purchase questions, contact us first — we'd rather help you make the right decision than deal with a difficult return.
