At ~250 lbs, the Hustler ships via LTL freight on a pallet — not UPS or FedEx. Here's exactly what to expect so there are no surprises on delivery day:

Orders are processed promptly. You'll receive tracking and carrier details as soon as your table ships from the warehouse.
Freight carrier calls to schedule your delivery appointment
The carrier contacts you at the phone number on your order to set a delivery window — typically 4 hours. Make sure your contact number is correct at checkout to avoid delays.
Curbside delivery — table arrives at your curb on a pallet
The driver unloads the pallet at your driveway or curb. Standard delivery does not include carrying it inside. At ~250 lbs, plan to have a helper available to bring it in and up any stairs.
Inspect everything before signing the receipt
Walk the full shipment before signing. Note any damage — even packaging damage — on the delivery receipt before you sign. This protects your freight claim rights. Contact us right away with photos if anything looks wrong.
